The National Digital Inclusion Alliance created this Worst Connected Cities 2018 ranking by using data from the 2018 American Community Survey. It ranks all 623 cities or census-designated places with populations of 65,000 or more based on the share of households without wireline broadband and on the share that lacked broadband of any type. This resource includes interactive maps and tables.
