How we use information

Personally Identifying Information: If you choose to provide us with personally identifying information, we may use that information in connection with the purpose for which you submitted it (for example, to respond to your message) or to otherwise communicate with you about the Hub. We may combine information gathered from the Hub and information that we have received, gathered, or acquired from other sources (offline or from third parties) into a single user record. For example, if you provide your name and organization to us via our “Contact” form, then you create a Community Conversations account which includes your professional title, we may combine those pieces of information into a single record.

These entities may gain access to data needed to perform their functions; to the extent such data includes personally identifying information, they are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of such information and are restricted from using, selling, distributing, or altering the information in any way other than to provide the requested services to HR&A.
