This plan addresses the Dallas Independent School District’s need to close broadband gaps so that its students can learn from home. Four recommendations were made: Build a 180-mile fiber network, install fixed wireless infrastructure on school rooftops, increase staffing for digital equity programs, and expand digital skills efforts.
