This study examines the impact of the Emergency Broadband Benefit program. Additionally it suggests areas where there's significant room to improve targeting and outreach efforts as well as to facilitate enrollment procedures for key groups of potential beneficiaries. This analysis is relevant moving forward to facilitating the Affordable Connectivity Program.
